Thank you for choosing Heal With Louis, where I, Louis, provide in-person and remote energy healing services, as well as digital products and affiliate recommendations. These Terms of Service and Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of my services and products. By booking a session or using my website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

I offer complementary energy healing services aimed at promoting well-being. These services are not intended to replace professional medical advice or treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional for any medical issues.

2. Services Offered

Energy Healing Sessions: Available in-person or remotely, with options for 30-minute or 1-hour sessions.
Digital Products: E-books, online courses, and other educational materials related to energy healing.
Affiliate Recommendations: I may recommend third-party products, such as supplements (e.g., Pineal XT), and receive a commission from purchases made through affiliate links.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Sessions can be booked through my website or by contacting me via email.

Payment: Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods]. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Pricing: Current pricing is $67 for a 1-hour session, $37 for a 30-minute session, and $180 for a 3-session package. Discounts may be offered during promotional periods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 4 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session.
There are no fees for cancellations or rescheduling at this time.
In the event of a no-show, I will contact the client to offer a refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided under certain circumstances if the client is genuinely dissatisfied with the service.
If a session is missed due to my unavailability or error, the client will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Testimonials and Consent

Written consent or a signature will be obtained before sharing any client testimonials.
Clients may choose whether their testimonial includes their first name, photo, or video.
If a client prefers to remain anonymous, only a written testimonial without identifying details will be shared.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

I collect and store the following information:

Client names
Email addresses
Records will be retained indefinitely unless the client requests deletion. Requests for deletion can be made via email at [email address].
I respect client privacy and will not share personal information without explicit consent.

9. Affiliate Disclaimer

Some links on my website or in my e-books may be affiliate links, meaning I may earn a commission if you purchase through those links. This does not affect the price you pay.

10. Limitation of Liability

My energy healing services are complementary and intended to promote well-being. I am not a licensed medical professional, and my services are not a substitute for medical care.
By using my services, clients acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk. I am not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the use of my services or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
